last year , from 2 oct 2007 to 8 oct 2007 wii was 24.143
and ps3 was 13.105
now, in the same period wii is 27.050
and now ps3 is 7.560
In Jap only ps3 is down

I may not love the Wii but it has brought some new things to the table. I hate X360 because I am anit-MS but I still want it on the market as competition is good. All 3 consoles have pros and cons. I just can't stand trolls like Apollo, I just need to ignore him I guess. Anyway, to each their own.

As for the 360 software sales. Checked out multiple shops in Akihabara today and the 360 does appear to be selling. The couple of times I saw someone buy the system though, they would usually pick up two or three used games to go with it. Nothing new (why get new copies of LO or BD when you can get used for about 1000 - 1500 yen less).
Compared to the Xbox presence in Japan, the 360 is actually getting some decent shelf space, at least in Akiba. Posted on: 10/11/08, 14:05
