Fable 2 will sell wel, but I doubt it will give the box a boost.
You may be right, I think you will see a modest increase because of Fable, then a big increase because of Gears 2
Fable 2 and Gears and consistenly higher than LBP and Resistance 2 on Amazon. Not sure how relevant that is and if the same pattern will be followed into high street sales. Posted on: 10/07/08, 15:11

PS3 is the Best console for features (Blu-Ray - Wi-Fi - HDMI 1.3a - sound 7.1 - Free game on-line - best controller and other) and more reliable.
PS3 exclusives are the best (games available only on PS3) instead xbox360 has only a few timed exclusives that after a few months are also available on PCs and of dubious quality.
Next week xbox360 back to sell as before of this price cut, because in Europe is already dead and in the UK will be soon.

I don't care about Blu-Ray, they discs are too expensive, I don't need Wi-fi, I have HDMI, I am happy to pay for a better online service than PSN, I love the 360 controller.
Yep RROD is a pain in the ar.., but hey I now have a 3 year warranty.
360 has more console exclusives, 360 has more games of 90% scores.
Multiplatform games tend to be better on the 360 as it is the lead platform,
If Sony had kept backwards compatibilty and released a cheaper model with no wi-fi and Blu-Ray I would have bought one ages ago.
I agree PS3 will win the rest of Europe, but in the UK 360 will rule.
With the credit crunch kicking in 360 is looking like a very attractive buy to most people.

In conclusion:
Yes, UK is the biggest (not most important) market in "Others".
No, most people don't care about UK sales, they care about the big picture.
